Salary: $78,800–$145,130 annually. For candidates residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia, the range is $90,620–$145,130; for all other locations, it is $78,800–$126,200.

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution of up to 15 forums and shareholder events annually.
  • Translate business objectives into event programming, agendas, attendee journeys, and impactful participant experiences.
  • Manage venues, contracts, registration, catering, accommodations, staffing, budgets, communications, and event materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, senior leadership, business owners, creative teams, and external vendors throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Manage event timelines, assess risks, resolve issues, and ensure physical and digital assets are ready for each event.
  • Complete post-event surveys, data analysis, stakeholder reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of corporate event planning experience, including leadership of large-scale, multi-day gatherings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of event strategy, logistics, communications, analytics, and experiential design across virtual, in-person, webinar, and client events.
  • Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools, Microsoft Dynamics, Cvent, and virtual event platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines with limited supervision, and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, judgment, problem-solving, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and contingency planning skills.
