Workplace Project Coordinator (AI)

Location: NYC, on-site

Salary: $62–$83 per hour

What you will do

• Support the Senior Workplace Project Manager with day-to-day execution and coordination across active workplace and real estate projects.
• Drive follow-up on project decisions and track actions, dependencies, deadlines, risks, and outstanding information.
• Coordinate meetings, project recaps, communications, and accountability for next steps.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status information across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with onsite office teams, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally to support project milestones, site activities, installations, and office openings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in workplace buildouts, owner’s representation, project coordination, commercial construction, corporate real estate, facilities projects, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting a Senior Project Manager or similar project lead while owning day-to-day coordination and execution.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors, consultants, and senior or executive stakeholders.
• Working familiarity with drawings, construction and project terminology, schedules, furniture, IT/AV, procurement, and design documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.
