Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Tokyo; onsite, with in-person work required Monday–Thursday

What you will do

• Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video interviews.
• Use Ashby to automate recruiting tasks and improve the candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and prepare metrics and reports for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims.
• Welcome candidates onsite and support a high-quality interview experience.
• Contribute to projects that improve recruiting workflows and office experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company.
• Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, multitasking ability, and strong problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and discretion when handling candidate confidentiality and privacy.
• Experience coordinating schedules and communications with C-suite leadership.
• Ability to work in person at the office Monday–Thursday.
