Senior Recruiting Coordinator (AI Hardware)

Location: Austin, Texas; full-time onsite, five days per week. Candidates must be based in Austin or able to relocate to Austin.

Salary: $42–$50 per hour, with equity and bonus opportunities.

hirify.global is an AI hardware startup developing silicon photonics and programmable metasurface technology for energy-efficient large-scale AI inference.

What you will do

• Support the Senior Director of Talent & Recruiting and two Lead Technical Recruiters as the company scales hiring.
• Own interview scheduling across roles, including onsite interview loops.
• Run onsite candidate days in Austin, including candidate reception, interview-loop coordination, and lab and facility tours.
• Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, interview-day expenses, logistics, debriefs, feedback collection, and candidate communications.
• Maintain Ashby as the source of truth for pipeline stages, data integrity, and funnel reporting.
• Build scheduling playbooks, interview templates, interviewer guides, onboarding workflows, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience coordinating technical interviews at a startup or high-growth company.
• Hands-on ownership of a modern ATS, with Ashby strongly preferred, including reporting.
• Experience supporting a distributed hiring team or multiple hiring sites.
• Experience running in-person onsite interview days, booking candidate travel, and resolving day-of issues.
• Strong calendaring, prioritization, judgment, and discretion with confidential candidate, compensation, and personnel information.
• Must be based in Austin or able to relocate to Austin and work onsite five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating interview loops for principal, staff, and executive-level candidates.
• Familiarity with scheduling automation or AI recruiting tools.
