Salary: $63,200.00–$108,200.00 USD plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Engage with existing customers to understand needs, concerns, and service issues.
• Provide product and service support and resolve moderate customer conflicts.
• Develop retention strategies and personalized plans based on customer feedback.
• Re-engage lapsed customers through targeted communication and regular follow-ups.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and retention metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing and support sales efforts through data analysis and trend identification.
