Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Azure)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Irving, Texas or East Peoria, Illinois, USA

Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure full-stack solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Define application architecture across frontend, backend, integration, and data layers in partnership with product owners and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, code reviews, shared frameworks, and technical escalation support.
• Lead DevOps and CI/CD strategy, infrastructure automation, automated testing, and quality engineering across the SDLC.
• Mentor engineers and guide teams through complex architectural and technical decisions.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering solutions in the Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps.
• Deep expertise in .NET-based full-stack architecture and experience with C#, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of secure-by-design development principles, application security, software integration, ETL, and data exchange techniques.
• Strong Agile, communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Irving, Texas or East Peoria, Illinois.
