(USA) Senior, Software Engineer (AI/ML)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; onsite at the Bellevue Skyline Office

Salary: $108,000–$216,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the implementation, iteration, testing, deployment, and support of scoped software features and AI/ML models.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple programming languages.
• Integrate AI/ML components and Generative AI tools into software products and development workflows.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while evaluating technical trade-offs.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, defect management, application monitoring, and proactive reliability work.
• Collaborate with product, business, UX, and engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, code review, debugging, and defect management.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and engineering excellence.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and accessibility best practices.
