Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based role

Salary: $125,000–$250,000 base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Solutions and Private Bank professionals across campus, lateral, and internal mobility entry points.
• Design and deliver training covering technical expertise, investment products, advisor enablement, client engagement, tools, and business workflows.
• Review, refresh, retire, and scale training content, playbooks, knowledge libraries, AI prompts, and adoption resources.
• Build role-based learning journeys and continuing education frameworks across analyst through managing director levels.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, COOs, regional leads, managers, and advisors to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
• Use learning platforms, adoption dashboards, feedback, and development metrics to improve effectiveness and support self-service learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of wealth management, private banking, Wealth Solutions, capital markets, investment products, fiduciary services, family offices, or financial services.
• Experience designing scalable learning programs, curricula, and talent development initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate business priorities, product complexity, platform adoption needs, and risk considerations into practical learning solutions.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, enterprise knowledge platforms, AI-enabled tools, adoption dashboards, and digital training channels.
