Production Lead (AI Robotics)

Location: San Jose, CA, United States; onsite factory-floor role

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead daily production-floor execution while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Assign tasks, coordinate resources, monitor production flow, and provide updates on priority work orders.
• Verify line, component, and equipment readiness; support setups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot quality, equipment, and process issues and step onto the line when needed.
• Complete production documentation, conduct shift passdowns, and coordinate cross-functional updates.
• Support employee training and development and partner with supervisors on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production; robotics, automotive, aerospace, or electronics experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use hand tools, and handle chemicals while wearing PPE.
