Business Technology Solutions Associate (Python/SQL)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Hybrid work with regular work-from-home and on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites. Travel to other offices and client locations is required as needed.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams, development teams, and clients to shape and implement technology solutions.
• Analyze business problems and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Design and implement technical features using appropriate technology stacks and development best practices.
• Support technology solution development for client engagements and help resolve implementation issues.
• Apply agile, waterfall, system integration testing, client review, quality assurance, and unit testing methodologies.
• Help create project implementation plans and accurately interpret business requirements.

Requirements

• Completed or currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with availability to start full-time employment in 2026.
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and client teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 0–3+ years of experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Familiarity with big data concepts and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of productivity tools such as Copilot and SQL generation.
