Product Manager (AI) (Generative AI/Fashion Retail): Owning the core design and generation experience that helps fashion designers turn ideas into production-ready designs with an accent on activation, output quality, evaluation, and trust. Focus on designing probabilistic workflows, translating user research into rapid launches, and balancing the needs of creative users with enterprise buyers.

Company
is building an agentic AI platform for fashion and retail, connecting design, product development, merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale workflows.
What you will do
- Own the core design and generation experience from idea to production-ready creative output.
- Design end-to-end workflows for generative products with variable outputs and probabilistic behavior.
- Define product quality standards and build evaluation practices to measure improvement.
- Design for user trust so non-technical creatives can understand when to rely on model outputs.
- Conduct user interviews, competitive teardowns, and intensive product dogfooding.
- Translate insights into rapidly shipped product launches while balancing creative-user and enterprise-buyer needs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product experience with meaningful products shipped end to end and measurable outcomes.
- Strong product sense, aesthetic judgment, and empathy for creative workflows.
- High ownership, systems thinking, first-principles reasoning, and resilience in an early-stage startup.
- Ability to work with probabilistic systems, distributions, and product evaluations.
- Comfort using AI prototyping and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or Town.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative evidence, including Amplitude.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping generative-AI or ML-powered products.
- Background in or genuine curiosity about fashion, design, or creative tools.
- Experience with enterprise or B2B products where the buyer and everyday user are different people.
