Principal Program Manager, Global Broadcast Strategy & Operations (12 Month Contract)

Location: Onsite at the Remote Broadcast Center in Swords, Dublin, Ireland, supporting the Dublin and Seattle broadcast centers.

What you will do

• Lead strategic programs and initiatives from planning through implementation, defining priorities, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop business and financial models covering opportunities, investments, capacity needs, forecasts, scenarios, and long-term plans.
• Shape broadcast capabilities and operating models in partnership with production, technology, finance, facilities, and other functions.
• Lead capacity and resource planning across the Remote Broadcast Center network, aligning demand with staffing, facilities, technology, cost, and service needs.
• Advise senior leaders, present recommendations, and drive strategic change across distributed, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in strategy, business operations, financial planning, transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading strategic work across multiple regions or teams and translating priorities into measurable plans.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, business case, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario-planning skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, define problems, identify stakeholders, and create a clear path forward.
• Experience influencing senior leaders, presenting recommendations, and driving decisions without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global, distributed, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in global broadcast production, live production, media, entertainment, advertising, digital consumer businesses, technology, facilities, infrastructure, consulting, or another complex operating environment.
• Experience with production operations, service models, facilities strategies, workforce models, capacity planning, or technology-enabled services.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Airtable, or similar collaboration and program management tools.
• Gaming, sports, or esports experience.
