Project Manager, Alpha Engine Strategist Group

Location: New York City; onsite at the New York City campus four days per week

Compensation band: $150,000–$250,000, inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. Expected base salary is 70%–80% of this range.

What you will do

• Own the Strategist Ecosystem and design the operating mechanisms behind each functional area.
• Collaborate with the management partner and Strategists to translate goals into repeatable operating systems.
• Manage annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and ad hoc operating cadences across the ecosystem.
• Maintain an accurate view of ecosystem health, priorities, problems, milestones, and key mechanisms.
• Identify and address blockers before they become larger problems.
• Partner with Analysts, Strategist Coordinators, Client Service, and Research teams where the ecosystem intersects with their work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience designing operational processes, managing projects or programs, owning business operations, or performing a comparable function.
• Experience working in a fast-moving or ambiguous environment and managing multiple concurrent workstreams without compromising quality.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes through judgment and credibility rather than formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate complex operational information into clear actions.
• Demonstrated humility, curiosity, openness to new ideas, confidence, goal orientation, and commitment to direct feedback and continuous improvement.
