Base pay: $173,000–$259,400 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of large, complex programs with significant cross-functional and organizational impact.
• Define program vision, success metrics, and long-range delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Anticipate risks, resolve systemic issues, and align teams and senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Use technical fluency to assess architectural risks, validate timelines, and guide delivery tradeoffs.
• Synthesize business outcomes and KPI data to guide priorities, resource decisions, investments, and program pivots.
• Improve delivery models and mentor program managers while scaling effective frameworks and operating mechanisms.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, high-impact programs across multiple teams, domains, or business functions.
• Ability to define program vision and success measures that connect business strategy with scalable delivery.
• Experience managing ambiguity, resolving complex issues, mitigating risks, and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Technical fluency for partnering with engineering leaders, assessing architectural risks, and validating delivery plans.
• Ability to use business outcomes and KPI data to guide prioritization, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, scaling delivery practices, mentoring program managers, and leading across cultures and regions.

• Experience leading transformations involving new operating models, governance, or enterprise capabilities.
• Experience influencing portfolio strategy and cross-domain prioritization through data-driven insights.
• Experience creating repeatable frameworks, playbooks, or organizational mechanisms that improve execution quality at scale.
