Staff Portfolio Manager (Gaming)

Base salary: $173,000–$259,400 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain portfolio management standards, processes, tools, templates, and operational frameworks.
• Manage portfolio information, resource capacity models, program interdependencies, and overall portfolio health.
• Build data collection, analytics, reporting, and resource planning processes for senior management decision-making.
• Design and facilitate program intake, prioritization, and alignment with annual business planning and strategic priorities.
• Lead portfolio governance cadences and support change management across top-priority initiatives.
• Partner with executives, functional leaders, and Platform Business leaders to resolve cross-initiative issues.

Requirements

• 12+ years of direct or related experience leading complex program portfolios in gaming, technology, consumer electronics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in portfolio management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a matrix organization, manage multiple priorities, and influence outcomes.
