Supply Chain Planning Lead

Location: Delran, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $106,500–$167,200 per year

hirify.global develops and manufactures faucet and plumbing products, with the role supporting planning at Kraus in collaboration with Delta and affiliated companies.

What you will do

• Establish and own the demand planning strategy, planning calendar, governance routines, forecast assumptions, and decision cadence.
• Create short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts using historical trends, customer insights, seasonality, promotions, and business inputs.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and support the broader S&OP process across Sales, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready insights covering forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory health.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Operations on inventory, working capital, lead times, service levels, and supply constraints.
• Build scalable planning tools and routines while coaching cross-functional partners and future planning team members.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience building, improving, or transforming planning processes in a growth-oriented or evolving business.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, from roadmap development to hands-on forecasting and planning.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, IBP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder is preferred.

• Experience in consumer products, durable goods, home improvement, plumbing, hardware, distribution, or manufacturing.
