Brokerage Communications Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Lake Mary, FL; or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $66,000–$78,000 in Zone 3, $75,000–$88,000 in Zone 2, or $85,000–$100,000 in Zone 1, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of regulatory mass customer communication campaigns, including scopes, timelines, schedules, and customer notices.
• Coordinate communications for brokerage accounts, trade confirmations, statements, disclosures, and Trump Accounts.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, respond to operational incidents, and draft urgent customer-facing messages.
• Validate communication delivery using data and reporting tools and maintain evidence for audits, exams, and regulatory reviews.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership on competing priorities and regulatory projects.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 24 licenses.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services operations and regulatory compliance.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills for drafting regulatory notices and presenting updates to senior leadership.
• Project coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage concurrent timelines and changing regulatory deadlines.
• Comfort working with structured data and AI-powered tools to analyze and reconcile operational datasets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
