Corporate Communications Operations Specialist

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home.

Salary: $67,500–$111,500 USD per year base pay.

What you will do

• Manage and administer internal communications platforms, publishing tools, email distributions, audience lists, system access, and delivery processes.
• Build, test, edit, approve, and distribute enterprise communications across email, intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and other channels.
• Maintain intranet navigation, featured content, alerts, communication resources, templates, and content repositories.
• Provide user training, technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance with the adoption and governance of communications technologies.
• Create and edit visual assets and templates using Figma or comparable design tools, while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Compile and analyze engagement metrics, report on channel performance, and identify improvements to user experience, operational efficiency, and communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• Knowledge of internal communications channels, publishing platforms, email distribution systems, and communications technology.
• Experience supporting intranets, newsletters, digital signage, or related communications platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer support, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and communications technologies.
• Experience creating and editing visual assets with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
