Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contractor (Remote)

What you will do

• Process high-volume offer requests in Workday and support recruiters and candidates throughout the offer process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain a smooth, positive candidate experience from initial contact through start date.
• Maintain candidate profiles, new-hire documents, referrals, reporting, analytics, and confidential records with strong data integrity.
• Assist with recruiting system optimization, job creation, advertising, and Talent Operations projects.
• Resolve Tier 1 inquiries through the Talent Operations ticketing system and guide stakeholders through Talent processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and other functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field and 1–3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with calendaring, scheduling, continuous improvement, and candidate or customer-service support.
• Familiarity with Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow, or similar Talent Operations tools.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, meet tight deadlines, solve problems, adapt quickly, and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
