Manager, Talent Acquisition (Recruiting Operations)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists handling full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and business units.
• Manage recruiting operations, workflows, policies, service levels, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HRIS and internal stakeholders on recruiting technology, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Analyze time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline conversion, recruiter productivity, and quality-of-hire metrics.
• Manage recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, technology providers, contracts, performance, and spend effectiveness.
• Advise business and executive leaders on talent markets, workforce needs, hiring strategies, compliant interviewing, and priority searches.

Requirements

• Five or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters or Talent Acquisition teams.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, workforce planning, recruiting technology, and Talent Acquisition best practices.
• Experience developing and interpreting recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to turn recruiting data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Recruiting or another enterprise applicant tracking system.
• Experience with HiredScore, HireVue, Appcast, talent intelligence tools, or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing external recruiting vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Labor market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, or competitive talent data experience.
• Telecommunications, technology, utilities, consumer services, or multi-location recruiting experience; relevant professional certification or bachelor's degree.
