Commissioning Manager (Data Center)

Location: On-site in Taichung City, Taiwan; the role description also states that the role will be based in Taoyuan City.

What you will do

• Attend key project meetings, monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate impacts to partners and management.
• Conduct site inspections covering QA/QC and commissioning processes.
• Create and implement the project commissioning strategy, procedures, scope, and schedule.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, interdependencies, and vendor performance.
• Facilitate meetings with vendor project managers and oversee client-appointed commissioning teams.
• Work independently in support of the Data Centre Commissioning Program.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and critical mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed commissioning scripts.
• Experience managing projects in a data center environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Availability to work on-site in Taiwan.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through open collaboration.
