What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot CVD and diffusion furnaces.
• Lead equipment improvement projects and resolve production issues.
• Manage new equipment installation, modification, upgrading, commissioning, and buy-off.
• Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Evaluate, select, and order production equipment while managing investment and maintenance budgets.
• Collaborate with Process, Production, maintenance staff, service providers, and vendors to improve equipment uptime and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, preferably CVD and diffusion furnaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex equipment issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and SOP development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
