Member Experience Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Make inbound and outbound healthcare contact center calls to welcome new health plan members.
• Explain program features, requirements, and available resources.
• Use effective verbal communication to gather information, build confidence, and reassure members.
• Identify call trends that could improve policies, procedures, campaign efficiency, and success.
• Meet quality assurance, punctuality, attendance, and other performance requirements.
• Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, data entry systems, and call documentation.
• Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.
