Sr. Integration Analyst (Epic)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually when performed from California; the range may vary for Colorado, Illinois, and New York.

What you will do

• Lead the technical design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations through Aura, including ordering, results delivery, and data-sharing workflows.
• Collaborate with hospital IT teams, Epic representatives, and clinical end users to define requirements and support integration projects.
• Manage unit, regression, and integrated testing for system changes and enhancements.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, training, and guidance to end users and junior analysts.
• Support go-live initiatives and provide tiered production support for application-specific issues.
• Document workflows, specifications, and repeatable deployment best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, including 3 or more years of hands-on Epic module build experience.
• Epic certification in Beaker, Ambulatory, Interconnect, Bridges, Care Everywhere, or a related module.
• Experience supporting clinical or laboratory ordering and results interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and Epic interoperability tools.
• Direct experience with Epic Aura deployments and workflows.
• Experience with hereditary, oncology, laboratory, or clinical decision-support integrations.
