What you will do

• Support assigned applications and systems while learning their integrations and interactions.
• Monitor production issue queues and resolve incidents within customer service-level agreements.
• Execute project tasks and routine application support under the direction of managers and senior analysts.
• Contribute to quality assurance, systems development, and delivery practices.
• Analyze user requests, application functionality, and system reliability, providing recommendations for current and future use.
• Diagnose problems across the distributed information systems environment and participate in on-call support.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the core discipline.
• Ability to develop diagnostic and application support expertise.
• Ability to participate in on-call support.
• Compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
