What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute operational readiness and new product introduction activities across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain readiness plans, schedules, action trackers, risk logs, requirements, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Process Development, and Digital teams.
• Align readiness work with Construction and Commissioning & Qualification milestones, turnover plans, facility delivery, and startup timelines.
• Coordinate inspection readiness assessments, gap remediation, operational handover, startup stabilization, and transition to routine operations.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions, communicate readiness status, manage dependencies, and implement lessons learned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 10 years of project management experience; or an associate’s degree with 8 years; bachelor’s degree with 4 years; master’s degree with 2 years; or a doctorate.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, organization, risk management, issue resolution, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver complex readiness activities without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational readiness, startup, inspection readiness, or operational transition in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Knowledge of facility turnover, commissioning, qualification, validation, startup, and operational handover processes.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
