Compliance Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Austin, TX; onsite at the Austin office, not remote or hybrid. Travel required for 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Own supply base surveys by determining survey scope, driving supplier participation, and ensuring complete and accurate responses.
• Analyze complex supplier and product datasets with Excel and advanced analytics tools to identify exposure, risk, and compliance gaps.
• Translate findings into prioritized supplier, sourcing, engineering, and part-change actions and coordinate implementation.
• Act as a Global Supply Chain contact for product and environmental requirements, including US-EPA/TSCA and EU/REACH.
• Lead multiple compliance projects, managing milestones, resources, documentation, and process improvements.
• Present complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives to support consensus and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in material management, procurement, sourcing, program management, or analytics within a matrixed or global organization.
• Supply chain, procurement, or sourcing experience with strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, presentation design, and storytelling.
• Experience interpreting supplier and product data and influencing stakeholders at the executive level.
• Must work onsite in Austin, Texas; relocation is not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
• PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or similar professional certification.
• Familiarity with product or environmental regulatory requirements.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
