Operations Analyst, Skip Hop (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own daily order allocation decisions based on supply availability, customer priorities, service levels, and business rules.
• Monitor open orders, shortages, inbound supply, inventory availability, and lead times; identify and resolve fulfillment risks.
• Analyze and execute purchase order revisions, manage product development changes, and coordinate supply assumptions with China Production Planning.
• Prioritize and communicate delivery issues, manage inventory transfers, and execute distribution work orders between facilities.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting for allocation performance, supply status, coverage, and order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or analytics.
• Understanding of inventory management, supply constraints, and order fulfillment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, identify supply chain disruptions, and support decisions.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
