Operations Analyst Intern (Supply Chain)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, with four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday

Salary: $26 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain operations and build strategic business cases to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Google Sheets and Looker Data Studio.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to address supply chain bottlenecks.
• Drive process and tool improvements from initial diagnosis through execution.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and field teams to scale operational improvements.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a related discipline, with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and intent to return to the course of study after the internship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and SQL or GBQ.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, consultative, written, and verbal communication skills.
