Business Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: US - IN Mooresville Distribution Center; onsite distribution center role

Salary: $27.74–$32.26 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain purchase orders and support compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and company procedures.
• Audit and process vendor invoices, credits, receipts, accruals, reconciliations, and other procurement transactions.
• Complete month-end close activities, including inventory transactions, account reconciliations, and cost reporting.
• Prepare financial and operational reports, analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets, and support reforecasting.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, supplier management, materials flow, space planning, and expediting activities.
• Track procurement KPIs and collaborate with Finance, Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Operations, Maintenance, and other internal stakeholders on process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience; distribution center and supplier or vendor relationship experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, or operations, or equivalent management accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, and reporting; proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems and knowledge of procurement, inventory control, cycle counting, and materials management.
• Ability to perform financial and operational reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and process improvement.
• Effective English reading, writing, and communication skills are required. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.
