S&OP Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Elkhart, Indiana, United States. Hybrid 4+1 policy: four days per week in the office and one day per week remotely.

What you will do

• Lead Sales and Operations Planning processes with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Prepare data and materials for monthly S&OP meetings and facilitate forecasting collaboration sessions.
• Build and maintain rolling 12–18-month demand plans covering customer forecasts, statistical models, service levels, product lifecycles, and supply variability.
• Align demand and supply plans with key customers and improve delivery performance through customer portals and planning processes.
• Identify supply and demand gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and track performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
• Support business planning, account performance reviews, new opportunities, and operational improvements with local and corporate management.

Requirements

• Experience with multiple ERP systems and external planning software; Plex ERP and Supply Chain Planner experience is advantageous.
• Experience in people management, meeting facilitation, training, conflict management, change management, and relationship management.
• Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational, project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate with senior management, peers, and colleagues.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• APICS or ASCM CPIM certification.
• Experience in outdoor, recreational, or professional products.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
