Product Lead, Ambient/Abridge (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized feature requirements.
• Create and manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with application analysts, architects, developers, analytics specialists, and Information Services teams to deliver the product.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor healthcare trends, product performance, stakeholder feedback, and user needs to identify enhancements.
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and effective stakeholder support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Information Technology role.
• Scrum Product Owner certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of information systems, data management, and software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of user experience research and design principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycles.
