Sr Product Manager - Healthcare AI

Base pay: $119,300–$198,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and end-to-end delivery for the Next Best Action initiative.
• Define priority signals, use cases, workflows, and roadmap requirements for a recommendation and decisioning engine.
• Partner with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Data Engineering on problem framing, model trade-offs, evaluation metrics, data quality, access, and integration.
• Design experimentation, A/B testing, measurement, and feedback loops to improve recommendation quality.
• Champion fair, explainable, and compliant AI practices in partnership with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.
• Align Engineering, Data Science, UX, Commercial, Operations, and leadership stakeholders while communicating roadmap priorities and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience with typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare product management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies such as Agile.
• Fluency in data, AI, and machine learning concepts sufficient to partner with Data Science and ML Engineering in a healthcare setting.
• Experience defining experimentation, A/B testing, and quantitative measurement for product decisions.
• Technical competency in data and analytics, data science, or AI/ML.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Operations, and Commercial; healthcare, biopharma, or payer experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience building or launching recommendation engines, decisioning systems, or personalization capabilities.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, including fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation in regulated healthcare environments.
• Experience with healthcare technology, patient support programs, enrollment workflows, or HCP-facing products.
• Financial acumen, stakeholder influence, prioritization, and experience operating in ambiguous matrixed environments.
