Credit Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What you will do

• Manage customer credit lines and initiate collections to improve cash recovery while mitigating risk.
• Resolve billing issues, short payments, customer discrepancies, and disputes.
• Prepare collection reports, monitor outstanding balances, and forecast cash for the customer portfolio.
• Review credit reports, financial statements, and other information to assess international credit applications.
• Collaborate with sales and order management to establish customer credit limits in line with company credit policy.
• Support month- and quarter-end close activities and customer master setup.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in credit and collections analysis and related processes.
• Ability to work to tight month- and quarter-end deadlines.
• Working knowledge of domestic economic conditions and credit assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
