Business Development Analyst Intern (Debt Capital Markets)

hirify.global operates pan-European regulated equity and debt markets across major European financial centres and supports listed companies, IPO candidates, investors, and public-market stakeholders.

What you will do

• Conduct debt capital markets research and competitive benchmarking across hirify.global listing venues.
• Build business intelligence and contribute research content on sectors and topics related to debt capital markets.
• Support the launch and development of new services and initiatives for global debt issuers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly group performance reports for senior management.
• Provide general project support within the Primary Markets Business Development team.

Requirements

• Be a final- or penultimate-year student at a university, business school, or engineering school with strong academic credentials.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong research abilities.
• Impeccable oral and written English communication skills are required.
• Have a solid understanding of and interest in capital markets.
• Be able to work independently on multiple projects and operate effectively in virtual, multicultural environments.
• Have command of Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with FactSet or Refinitiv.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
