Cost Manager - Pharma Client - West Dublin (Cost Management/Project Controls): Managing capital cost estimates, tender evaluations, project costs, financial reporting, and commercial performance for pharmaceutical capital projects with an accent on pre- and post-contract cost management, earned value measurement, and cash-flow control. Focus on preparing accurate forecasts, managing supplier payments and change control, and using data analytics to support project delivery and risk management.
Location: West Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid arrangement combining site-based and home working.

What you will do
- Prepare capital and lifecycle cost estimates and pricing documents for tender packages.
- Evaluate trade partner submissions and negotiate commercial terms.
- Value site progress for interim payment certificates and manage supplier payments.
- Track project service hours, progress, earned value, changes, capital expenditure and commercial performance.
- Manage project risks, cash flow, purchase orders, accruals, debtors, data records and financial reporting.
- Support project bids, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, resource utilisation and delivery analytics.
Requirements
- Quantity Surveying degree qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
- Experience performing both pre-contract and post-contract duties.
- Proven commercial and financial oversight of projects.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to deliver accurate work to project deadlines.
- Availability for a hybrid role involving site-based work in West Dublin.
