Credit Risk Analyst (eCommerce)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid role based in the Charlotte HQ, with 3–4 days onsite initially and a transition to a more flexible remote arrangement over time.

What you will do

• Analyze financial and non-financial data from new and existing customers.
• Evaluate eCommerce business models, funding needs, and potential risks.
• Join customer calls to understand business operations and growth plans.
• Learn and manage loan portfolio tools, including identifying when to exit risky relationships.
• Collaborate with management to build and implement processes and products.
• Partner with sales, operations, and other teams to share insights and support customer relationships.

Requirements

• Strong academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or Computer Science; degree completed or near completion.
• Comfort with financial reporting and a strong instinct for data.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and the ability to develop independent conclusions.
• Confidence presenting analysis and conclusions to others.
• Ability to work from the Charlotte HQ in a hybrid arrangement, with 3–4 onsite days at the start.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel or SQL.
• Progress toward a professional finance or accounting qualification.
