What you will do
- Deliver core building surveying and professional/regulatory services for property and built asset clients.
- Manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, and administer contracts.
- Provide commercial and bespoke services including dilapidations, lease advice, and pre-acquisition surveys.
- Support specialist fire safety advice and help clients maintain and improve their estates.
- Work across commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree.
