Assistant Building Surveyor (Graduate)

What you will do

• Deliver professional, regulatory, project, and building survey services for property clients.
• Plan and undertake building surveys and help keep client estates well maintained.
• Prepare designs and specifications and administer construction contracts.
• Provide dilapidations, lease advice, pre-acquisition surveys, and specialist fire safety advice.
• Work across commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail projects while building long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree.
• Client-focused, positive, collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach to delivering customer service and commercial results.
• Commitment to developing toward RICS APC chartership.
