Assistant Building Surveyor (Graduate)

What you will do

• Deliver core building surveying services across a range of property and built asset projects.
• Plan and undertake property surveys, then prepare designs and technical specifications.
• Administer contracts and provide professional, regulatory, project, and survey services.
• Provide commercial and specialist advice, including dilapidations, lease advice, pre-acquisition surveys, and fire safety guidance.
• Support long-term client relationships and help maintain and improve client estates.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree.
• Client-focused, positive, collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach to delivering customer service and commercial results.
