Assistant Building Surveyor (Graduate)

What you will do

• Provide professional, regulatory, project, and building survey services for a range of property types.
• Plan and undertake surveys, prepare designs and specifications, and administer contracts.
• Support property maintenance and help clients maximize the potential of their estates.
• Deliver commercial and specialist services including dilapidations, lease advice, pre-acquisition surveys, and fire safety advice.
• Work with clients across commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree.
• Client-focused, positive, and proactive approach.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Commitment to customer service excellence and strong commercial outcomes.
• Willingness to learn and develop toward RICS APC Chartership.
