Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage medium and complex healthcare marketing projects from setup through execution.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, client stakeholders, project teams, resources, meetings, and status reporting.
• Define project objectives, scope, documentation, workflows, processes, and change orders.
• Deliver marketing tactics and maintain project documentation and deliverables.
• Coordinate legal, medical, regulatory, and client-specific review processes.
• Support new engagement scoping and develop project-related points of view.

Requirements

• 4+ years of agency or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects.
• Proven project management experience in a marketing agency, preferably with healthcare clients.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including waterfall and agile approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, solve problems, make decisions, and clarify ambiguity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Chicago, United States, with office attendance averaging four days per week.

Nice to have

• Healthcare client experience.
• PMP certification.
