Project Manager (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; hybrid schedule with teams in the office an average of four days per week

Salary: $45,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Execute healthcare marketing projects and deliver marketing tactics.
• Translate client business models and project objectives into clear direction for project teams.
• Coordinate clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout delivery.
• Schedule and lead meetings, manage communications, track action items, and maintain project momentum.
• Identify resource needs and coordinate staffing with Resource Management.
• Maintain project documentation and support legal, medical, regulatory, and client-specific review workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects.
• Experience in project management within a marketing agency, preferably with healthcare clients.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and waterfall approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, clarify ambiguity, follow up, and adapt to change.
• Ability to work in the Kansas City office an average of four days per week under the hybrid model.
