Application System Analyst Senior (Converge Revenue Cycle)

Location: CHRISTUS System Office, 5101 North O Connor Boulevard, Irving, Texas, United States. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional overnight travel of up to 20%.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, document, support, and optimize assigned healthcare applications and business processes.
• Lead quality assurance, integrated testing, change validation, and documentation for medium- to high-complexity implementations.
• Analyze workflows and requirements, perform gap analysis, map current and future processes, and recommend cross-application solutions.
• Manage medium-to-large projects and requests while coordinating stakeholders, operational leaders, technical teams, end users, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot application incidents, coordinate vendor code changes, and resolve infrastructure-related application issues.
• Provide training, mentoring, status reporting, and application guidance to users, peers, and project teams.

Requirements

• Must work at the CHRISTUS System Office in Irving, Texas.
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems, with detailed healthcare and systems knowledge.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related focus is preferred.
• Experience independently developing functionality, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and mentoring peers.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, multitasking, customer service, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Epic Analysts must obtain certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module within six months and maintain current-version training.
