Healthcare Improvement Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within multiple US locations, including Blue Bell

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and opportunities across concurrent healthcare improvement initiatives.
• Translate strategy into workplans, track deliverables, and proactively escalate issues or execute within defined guardrails.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-business-unit logistics with Medical Affairs, E&C, Legal, health systems, professional societies, research institutes, and other external partners.
• Manage work orders, scope changes, payments, budget reconciliation, milestone monitoring, and compliance-related funding checks.
• Compile and quality-check measurement data and reporting materials covering system-level change and patient-level outcomes.
• Prepare governance and leadership materials, maintain portfolio tools, conduct landscape analyses, and identify opportunities to streamline recurring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Direct experience or meaningful exposure to healthcare, healthcare systems, health-related programs, pharma, biotech, payers, providers, public health, or medical societies.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, multiple workstreams, and external partner relationships.
• Exposure to quality improvement, performance improvement, or implementation-improvement methodologies such as IHI models or PDSA cycles.
• High-level experience with Claude and/or Copilot, with the ability to influence stakeholders diplomatically.

Nice to have

• Experience with public-private partnerships.
• Experience in CRO or pharma project management.
