What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for IC to Director roles across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A functions.
• Implement and experiment with AI tools to optimize sourcing, outreach, interview preparation, and decision-making.
• Partner with executives as a trusted advisor to influence hiring strategy, compensation positioning, and org design.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience and represent the company's culture and mission globally.
• Consistently meet quarterly hiring goals while ensuring high talent density and rigorous evaluation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
• Proven track record of hiring for both GTM and R&D organizations.
• Must be based in Serbia.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as a force multiplier to increase productivity and recruiting outcomes.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple global channels and markets.
• Experience managing stakeholders from manager to executive level.
