PRO Services Specialist

Location: Onsite at hirify.global stores in Austin, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Katy, Oak Ridge North, Almeda, Humble, San Antonio, Fort Worth, or Mesquite, Texas. May require up to 20% travel to customer and PRO job sites.

Floor & Decor operates retail locations serving professional customers in the hard surface flooring contractor market.

What you will do

• Support the in-store PRO desk through phone calls, order management, follow-up, customer support, and escalations.
• Identify PRO customers in the store and build relationships that support their businesses.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate PRO customers about flooring products, services, and capabilities.
• Promote and assist with the PRO Premier Rewards Program, PRO app, commercial business accounts, and PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Train and support store associates on the selling process and collaborate on store initiatives.
• Coordinate in-store PRO customer activities and occasionally visit customer or job sites with the PRO Services Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply, or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and achieve results.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform medium physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items.
• Availability for onsite work at one of the listed Texas store locations and travel of up to 20% may be required.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Bilingual Spanish or proficiency in the dominant language of the store trade area.
