Sales Associate / Design Consultant - Full Time

Location: On-site in Bethesda, Maryland, USA; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $37,440 lowest base to $350,000 annual, including commission and potential monthly sales incentives and quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Deliver customer service, space planning assistance, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Meet monthly sales and productivity standards while developing effective selling behaviors.
• Build strong product knowledge and maintain a guest book to generate and cultivate business.
• Follow up proactively with guests before and after sales and at delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns, complete opening and closing duties, and maintain operational standards.
• Participate in one-on-ones and team meetings while collaborating with store colleagues.
