Location: On-site at Post Oak Relo, 1751 Post Oak Boulevard, Houston, Texas, USA

Salary: $21,986 lowest hourly base to $350,000 annual, plus commission, monthly sales incentives, and quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive furniture and décor sales while meeting monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through customer service and space planning assistance.
• Use product knowledge and the selling model to close transactions.
• Maintain guest records and conduct proactive follow-up before and after sales and deliveries.
• Resolve guest concerns and act on performance feedback from store management.
• Complete opening, closing, system, communication, and operational activities while collaborating with the store team.
