Sales Associate / Design Consultant - Full Time

Location: On-site in Annapolis, Maryland, USA

Salary: $31,200 minimum annual base through $350,000 annual compensation, plus commission, monthly sales incentives, and quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive sales and meet monthly productivity standards through the company selling model.
• Provide customer service, space planning assistance, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Build product knowledge, maintain guest records, and conduct follow-up before and after sales and deliveries.
• Resolve guest concerns and complete opening, closing, systems, and operational duties.
• Participate in one-on-ones and team meetings while collaborating with store colleagues.
